How long will it take to get my order?

Most items are made to order. Average time before an embroidered home decor item ships is 1-2 weeks, embroidered clothing 2-3 weeks and lampshades 3-4 weeks. If there is a larger than normal backlog of orders causing wait times to be longer, I will email the buyer at time of purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you have a specific question about wait time for a certain item before purchasing.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I’m always up for doing custom orders. Have a favorite fabric or want a lamp shade to match your room perfectly? Then please contact me at kylie@fabulouslyfierce.com and together we will come up with something special just for you.

Most embroidered items can be made using color combos of your choice, but please contact me with your requests before purchasing to make sure your ideas are possible. For a complete list of designs I have available to embroider, check out the albums on my Facebook Fan Page.

What form of payment do you accept?

I currently only accept payments through PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, credit and debit card payments can still be processed securely via PayPal.

How will my item ship?

All lampshades will ship Priority mail within the United States. International orders will be sent First Class International.

Smaller items will ship USPS First Class domestically and internationally.

If multiple items are ordered I will find the least expensive way to ship and refund any gross overage paid. Please contact me with any other questions.

To protect you as a buyer and me as a seller, I will only ship to the address listed on the PayPal invoice.

Orders inside of the U.S.
First Class Mail – 3-5 business days
Priority Mail – 2-3 business days

Orders outside of the U.S.
First Class Mail International – 1-3 weeks (and sometimes longer)
Priority Mail International – 6-10 business days

* Please note that you may be responsible for customs charges on items shipped outside the United States. Some countrys’ custom offices are very strict about letting packages through; if you are aware that this is the case in your country please consider contacting me for alternative shipping options.

What is your return policy?

Please read all descriptions and policies carefully and contact me BEFORE purchasing if you have any questions.  I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless I have misrepresented the item.  If this is the case, I will refund your money minus shipping costs once I have received the item back.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged items through the fault of the postal service.
